In order to participate in the Raffles supporting Shaler Villa Volunteer Fire Company, you must adhere to the following -

Must be 18 and Over to Participate
All Prizes /Winning Must be claimed within 30 days or they will remain property of SVVFC
We will ship anywhere at Winner's Expense
If the Raffled item is any sort of regulated good, then the winner must meet all applicable requirements in that instance. Some Raffles May Require a minimum age of 21 and Over To Participate. Please Participate accordingly, and adhere to all laws, especially surrounding regulated goods. SVVFC is NOT responsible for background checks, law enforcement action, fines, or any legal issues arising from participating in our raffles. You (the buyer, chance taker, winner, etc.) assume any, and all responsibilities.
